Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gspace account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
